I want to know if Cinch is on a production environment version (stable).

I think it is, and is maintained actively thanks to the owner.

Hi Benny856694,

Thanks for the response. We decided to go ahead with Cinch because it brings a lot of functionality needed.

I am the Cinch project owner, and although I no longer do much work on Cinch (as I am now busy on another big open source idea I had), I do fix any active bugs users raise that are truly bugs. I have also designed it in such a way that most classes are partial and most important methods are virtual, so if you do not like my implementations you can add, or override them. Using MEF also means if you do not like my default services you can swap them out for your own very easily.

We use a version of Cinch at work, and have no issues at all with it, so as far as I am concerned it is ok to use. Cinch for WPF is more feature rich than Cinch for Silverlight due to it starting as a WPF project.

Anyway there you have it
