Mediator Message Method Signatures

Dec 1, 2009 at 4:04 PM

I've setup some mediator message methods (both have a message called "Open Object") that have different signatures but found that this does not work because the NotifyColleagues<T> method in Mediator.cs does not check the the datatype of the parameter before calling DynamicInvoke on the action.  Seems like it would be an easy to check to see if T matches the parameter type for the action before calling it.  Am I wrong in my thinking here?  My other option was to create several messages like "Open Object A", "Open Object B", etc....but I would like to keep things simple if possible.

No problem, it wasn't a big deal to work around.
